Terms of Service | Super-Nova

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Super-Nova (the "App"). By downloading or playing the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. WHO WE ARE

Super-Nova is published by American Made Technology LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), the developer and rights holder of the App. These Terms govern your use of the App on any iOS device.

2. LICENSE TO PLAY

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play Super-Nova for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license does not give you any ownership rights in the App or its content.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the App
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written permission
Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
Use cheats, automation software, bots, or any unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage

3. IN-APP PURCHASES

The App offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase: Remove Ads ($2.99). This purchase permanently removes advertisements for the life of the App on your Apple ID.

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any issues with Apple's payment processing.

Refund policy: All sales are final unless required by applicable law. To request a refund, contact Apple directly via reportaproblem.apple.com.

Restore purchases: If you reinstall the App or switch devices, use the "Restore Purchases" button in the pause menu to recover your Remove Ads purchase on the same Apple ID.

4. ADVERTISEMENTS

The free version of the App displays advertisements served by Unity LevelPlay / ironSource. By using the App, you consent to the display of these advertisements.

You can remove ads permanently by purchasing the Remove Ads upgrade. You can also watch optional rewarded ads to earn in-game bonuses; this is entirely voluntary.

5. LEADERBOARDS

The App may connect to Apple Game Center to display global leaderboards. Participation in Game Center leaderboards is subject to Apple's Game Center Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of Game Center services.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content in Super-Nova, including but not limited to game design, graphics, audio, music, game logic, and text, is owned by or licensed to American Made Technology LLC. All rights are reserved.

The App and all content therein are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, logos, or other brand features.

Certain third-party assets are used under license (see in-game Credits). Those assets remain the property of their respective owners.

7. USER CONDUCT

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its connected services
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of leaderboard data
Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the App
Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

      THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF BUGS OR VIRUSES.
    

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without notice or liability.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

      TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMERICAN MADE TECHNOLOGY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
    

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. CHILDREN

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these ages. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the App in violation of this section, please contact us.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the App.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
