How do I restore my Remove Ads purchase?

Open the pause menu (tap the pause icon in-game), then tap the Restore Purchases button at the bottom of the screen. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, not your device, so this works across reinstalls and new devices.

How do I earn a free spin of the bonus wheel?

Players who have purchased Remove Ads are entitled to one free spin per day. Open the pause menu and tap the Spin icon. If your daily free spin is available, it will spin without an ad.

Free players can always earn a spin by watching a rewarded video ad from the pause screen or the end-of-game screen.

What do the bonus wheel rewards do?

The wheel has two sides. It lands on one, and you get that reward added to your stockpile.

Slow Down (right side): temporarily reduces the StarBlock fall speed by 50% for 20 seconds, then returns to normal. Handy when the game gets fast.

Power-up (left side): gives you one randomly chosen power-up: Surge, Freeze, or Magnet. Tap the token in the upper-left corner during play to use it.

What is Extra Chance?

Extra Chance lets you continue your run after a game over. Your score is preserved and you get one life added back.

It appears as a button on the game-over screen, just below the New Game button. Tap it, watch a short ad, and you're back in the game.

Extra Chance resets once every 24 hours. If you've already used it, a countdown timer on the button shows exactly how long until it's available again.

What do the in-game power-ups do?

Surge (rainbow gem): enemies turn cyan and flee from you for 10 seconds. Chase them down to eat them for bonus points.

Freeze (ice crystal): freezes all enemies solid for 5 seconds. You can pass through them harmlessly while frozen.

Magnet (black hole): auto-collects all nearby nodes for 8 seconds while you're in Nova mode, making row clears much easier.

Power-ups appear as glowing icons on falling blocks. Switch to Nova mode and walk into one to collect it.

My purchase didn't go through. What should I do?

All purchases are processed by Apple. If you were charged but didn't receive the upgrade, try tapping Restore Purchases in the pause menu first.

If that doesn't resolve it, you can request a refund directly from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

The game crashed or I found a bug. How do I report it?

Use the contact button below to send us a message. Please include:

• Your iPhone model and iOS version
• What you were doing when the crash or bug occurred
• Whether it happens consistently or just once

The more detail you can provide, the faster we can fix it. Screenshots or screen recordings are always helpful.

My high score didn't save. What happened?

Scores are saved locally on your device. If you deleted and reinstalled the app, your local scores were reset. Signing in to Game Center is the best way to preserve your score; global leaderboard scores are stored by Apple and survive reinstalls.

Make sure Game Center is enabled in iOS Settings → Game Center, and that you're signed in to your Apple ID.

How do I turn off the music or sound effects?

Open the pause menu (tap the pause icon in the top-right corner during gameplay), then use the SFX and MUSIC volume sliders to adjust or mute each independently. Settings are saved automatically.
