We do not operate servers or databases. We do not collect your name, email address, or any information that directly identifies you.
Data stored locally on your device:
- Game settings (sound and music volume preferences)
- High scores and gameplay progress
- Whether you have purchased the Remove Ads upgrade
This data lives only on your device and is never transmitted to us.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App integrates third-party services that may collect data independently under their own privacy policies. We have no access to the data they collect.
Used to show interstitial, rewarded video, and banner ads. May collect device advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, subject to your ATT consent choice), device type, OS version, and coarse location (IP-based). You can opt out of personalized ads through iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

We do not sell, rent, or trade any personal information. The limited data stored locally on your device is used solely to save your preferences and progress between play sessions.
We do not use personal information for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond what is described in this policy.
SUPPORT & USER CONTACT
If you contact us through the support form on our website, you may provide your name, email address, device information, and a description of your issue or suggestion. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry.
The support form requires you to check a box agreeing to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service before your message can be sent. By checking that box and submitting the form, you consent to us retaining your contact information so we can follow up with you if needed (for example, to confirm a bug fix or request additional details).
If you choose to contact us by sending an email directly to our support address rather than using the form, that act of reaching out carries the same implied consent; we assume you have read this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service and are willing to be contacted in connection with your inquiry.
We do not add you to any mailing list or use your contact information for any purpose other than responding to your support request.
ADVERTISING & YOUR CHOICES
The free version of the App shows ads via Unity LevelPlay. You can:
- Purchase the Remove Ads upgrade ($2.99, one-time) to permanently remove standard ads from the App. Optional ad-supported features (such as bonus rewards) remain available after purchase via clearly labeled buttons. The game is fully playable without them. Tapping one of those buttons means you accept that an ad will be shown.
- Limit ad tracking on your device via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Reset your advertising identifier via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Super-Nova is not directed at children under 13 years of age (under 16 in the European Union). The App is designed so that no personal data is collected from any player, regardless of age, during normal use. The only circumstance in which any personal information is received is if an individual voluntarily contacts us for support, which requires actively submitting the support form or sending us an email.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has submitted a support request, please contact us. We will promptly remove any associated information from our records.
DATA RETENTION & DELETION
All data stored locally on your device can be deleted by uninstalling the App. Uninstalling removes all locally stored game data including settings, high scores, and purchase records.
For data held by third-party services (advertising identifiers, Game Center records), please refer to those providers' own deletion request procedures.
If you contact us for support, to report a bug, or to submit feedback, we may retain your contact information (name and email address) for up to 90 days in order to follow up on your inquiry. After that period it is deleted, unless you have explicitly requested that we keep it on file.
We do not store, and have no intention of ever storing, any personally identifiable information (PII), sensitive personal data, financial information, government-issued identifiers, passwords, or any similar information. Our support channel is intended only for game-related inquiries. If you include such information in a message to us, you do so at your own risk and responsibility. It does not fall on American Made Technology LLC to safeguard, process, or comply with any special obligations regarding information we never asked for. We strongly advise against sending any sensitive information of any kind. Should we receive it, we will delete it.
YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete it. Because we do not collect personal data directly, most such requests would be directed at the third-party services listed above.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
